For private pay clients, you can schedule by:

• Submitting the contact form on our website


A minimum 24‑hour notice is required for reservations, but same‑day rides may be available at adjusted rates.


For Medicaid clients, rides should be arranged with Transdev at least 5-7 business days before an appointment. Prior authorization is required.

• Saturday: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM

• Sunday: Closed

Yes. We offer secure, comfortable wheelchair transport using a wheelchair‑accessible van equipped with proper restraints and safety features.

Yes—one caretaker companion may ride at no additional cost, as long as space is available and safety requirements are met. If an additional non‑caretaker passenger needs to ride, an extra passenger fee may apply.

We offer flexible wait‑time options. You can schedule a round‑trip ride or request pickup when you’re finished—just keep us updated by phone or text.

Yes, as long as the client has been medically cleared for discharge and is stable. A responsible adult may need to accompany the client depending on facility requirements.

• Private pay (credit card, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App or invoicing may be available for recurring or facility‑scheduled trips)
